आरामदायक सफ़ेद कपड़े, पानी की बोतल, नोटबुक-पेन, आपकी ज़रूरी दवाइयाँ (यदि कोई हो तो), अपनी साधना की चटाई, — और सबसे ज़रूरी, खुला और सहज मन।
(Comfortable white clothes, a water bottle, a notebook and pen, your essential medications (if any), your meditation mat, and most importantly, an open and relaxed mind.)
कई बार मिलता है, कई बार सामूहिक मार्गदर्शन ही सब समझा देता है। यह पूरी तरह समय पर निर्भर है।
(Sometimes it's available, sometimes group guidance explains everything. It's entirely time-dependent.)
ज़रूर। सवाल पूछना गलत नहीं है। सही समय पर, सही भाव से पूछा गया प्रश्न ही साधना को गहरा करता है।
(Sure. There's nothing wrong with asking questions. A question asked at the right time, with the right attitude, deepens your spiritual practice.)

But a certain amount of money is collected from the seeker as a contribution to cover the expenses of organizing the camp.)

अगर वे भी साधना में रुचि रखते हों — बिल्कुल ला सकते हैं। परिवार में यदि एक भी साधक हो तो उसका असर सब पर पड़ता है।
(If they are also interested in spiritual practice, they can certainly be included. Even one practitioner in a family has an impact on everyone.)
हाँ, कुछ साधनाएँ अनुभूति आधारित होती हैं। इन्हें गोपनीय रखना साधक के लिए भी अच्छा है और साधना की रक्षा के लिए भी आवश्यक है।
(Yes, some spiritual practices are based on experience. Keeping them confidential is both beneficial for the practitioner and essential for protecting the practice.)
वो एक दीक्षा है जिसे शक्तिपात कहा जाता है, परन्तु ये आवश्यक नहीं की ये क्रिया सबके साथ हो |
(That is an initiation which is called Shaktipat, but it is not necessary that this process happens with everyone.)
शिविर में जो स्वयंभू क्रिया मिलेगी , वही मुख्य साधना है। उसके साथ–साथ जो मार्गदर्शन मिलेगा उसको पूरी निष्ठा से पालन करना,-यही आगे की यात्रा है।
(The self-realization you will receive at the camp is the primary spiritual practice. Along with this, following the guidance you receive with complete devotion is the journey ahead.)
भोजन सादा, सात्त्विक और ऊर्जा बढ़ाने वाला होता है — ताकि साधना में भारीपन न आए और मन शांत रहे। रुकने की भी निश्चित व्यवस्था होती है जो की समय और स्थान पर निर्भर करती है ।
(The food is simple, sattvic, and energizing—to keep the meditation process from becoming overwhelming and to keep the mind calm. Accommodation is also strictly arranged, depending on the time and location.)
अभी यह आवश्यक नहीं है परन्तु जितना आंतरिक मौन में रहेंगे उतनी ही साधना गहरी होगी ।
(This is not necessary now, but the more you remain in inner silence, the deeper your meditation will be.)
बेहतर है कि समय पर आएं और पुरे सत्र में उपस्थित रहे । देर से आने पर या बीच में जाने पर आपकी साधना पूर्ण रूप से नहीं हो पायेगी और आप बहुत सी महत्वपूर्ण गतिविधियों से वंचित रह जायेगे ।
(It's best to arrive on time and attend the entire session. Arriving late or leaving midway will result in incomplete Sadhna, and you'll miss out on many important activities.)
यदि बच्चा शांत बैठ सकता है तो ठीक, वरना साधना का वातावरण प्रभावित होता है।
(If the child can sit quietly, then it is fine; otherwise, the atmosphere of meditation gets affected.)
हाँ — गर्मी, हल्कापन, कंपन, आँसू, शांति, प्रेम की लहर — ये सब सामान्य हैं। डरने की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं।
(Yes—warmth, lightness, vibrations, tears, peace, a surge of love—these are all normal. There's no need to be afraid.)
कोई बात नहीं। साधना अनुभूति पर नहीं, निरंतरता पर चलती है। फल अपने समय पर मिलता है।
(It's okay. Spiritual practice is based on consistency, not experience. The results come in due time.)
यह पूरी तरह समय, मर्यादा और गुरु की इच्छा पर निर्भर है। जब भी उचित होता है, अपने आप अवसर मिल जाता है।
(This depends entirely on time, decorum, and the Guru's wishes. Whenever the right moment arises, the opportunity arises automatically.)
कुछ साधनाएँ चुनौतीपूर्ण हो सकती हैं, लेकिन गुरु की उपस्थिति में सब सरल हो जाता है। आपसे आपकी क्षमता से अधिक कभी नहीं करवाया जाता।
(Some practices can be challenging, but in the presence of a guru, everything becomes simple. You are never asked to exceed your capacity.)
साधना के साथ वे स्वयं फीकी पड़ जाएँगी। कोई जबरदस्ती नहीं — परिवर्तन अंदर से आता है।
(With practice, they will fade on their own. There's no forcing—change comes from within.)
यह सामान्य है। परन्तु इसका भी निवारण मार्गदर्शन का पालन करने से हो जाता है ।
(This is normal, but it can also be prevented by following the guidelines.)
हाँ, ताकि साधना निरंतर चलती रहे और मार्गदर्शन मिलता रहे।
(Yes, so that the sadhana continues and guidance is received.)
हाँ। हर साधना वैज्ञानिक, ऊर्जा-संतुलित और गुरु की संरक्षण शक्ति में होती है।
(Yes. Every practice is scientific, energetically balanced, and under the tutelage of the Guru.)
यदि उचित समय मिले तो ज़रूर। गुरु का स्पर्श और दृष्टि ही कई समस्याओं का समाधान कर देता है।
(If the time is right, then definitely. The mere touch and sight of a Guru can solve many problems.)
कुछ शिवारों में होती है, कुछ में नहीं। यह साधक की इच्छा, परमात्मा की इच्छा और कार्यक्रम की प्रकृति पर निर्भर है।
(Some Shivars have this, others don't. This depends on the seeker's desire, God's will, and the nature of the program.)
कुछ साधकों को तुरंत अनुभव मिलता है, कुछ को धीरे-धीरे। बदलाव निश्चित है, बस निरंतरता चाहिए।
(Some seekers experience it immediately, others more slowly. Change is inevitable, just need consistency.)
हाँ। यहाँ सब आपके जैसे ही साधक हैं — कोई फर्क नहीं, सब एक परिवार की तरह हैं।
(Yes. Everyone here is a seeker just like you—there's no difference, everyone is like family.)
गुरु जी की अधिक से अधिक विडियो को जरुर देखे ताकि आप गुरु जी के विचारो को जान सके और आपके मन के बहुत से प्रश्नों का उत्तर मिल सके | हल्का और सात्विक भोजन लेना शुरू करे | हल्का व्यायाम भी उचित होगा |
(Be sure to watch as many of Guruji's videos as possible so you can understand his thoughts and find answers to many of your questions. Start eating light and sattvic foods. Light exercise is also advisable.)
ज़रूरत पड़े तो कर सकते हैं, लेकिन साधना के दौरान मोबाइल बंद या साइलेंट रखना ही उचित है।

कोई बाध्यता नहीं। लेकिन साधना की ऊर्जा बनाए रखने के लिए समय-समय पर आना लाभकारी होता है।
There is no obligation. However, it is beneficial to come from time to time to maintain the energy for the spiritual practice.
जब आपका मन साधना, सेवा और गुरु-विचार में स्थिर हो जाए — वही जुड़ाव है। यहाँ कोई औपचारिक सदस्यता नहीं, केवल भाव का संबंध है।
When your mind becomes fixed in spiritual practice, service, and thoughts of the Guru, that is a connection. There is no formal membership here, only a connection of feeling.
